Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on used or opened items due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at suport@clickfocus.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
  • If any case your refund is approved your amount will be credited within 7 – 10 business days To The Original Payment Method

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • If you received a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Sale or clearance items

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
